2. Get to Know Us

Trust is essential in any cooperation. We warmly welcome clients from around the world to visit our factory in Foshan, China. We offer free pickup from your hotel to our facility.

If a visit isn’t convenient, your China-based agent is welcome to come on your behalf. Alternatively, we can arrange a video call factory tour to show you our production lines, craftsmanship, and finished products — so you can place your order with confidence.

3. Confirm Order & Sign Contract

Once you’re confident in our reliability, we’ll proceed to order confirmation and contract signing.

All products can be customized according to your preferred style, color, quantity, logo, packaging requirements, etc.

4. Pay Deposit

As all orders are made to your specifications, production will begins after we receive a 30% deposit via T/T.

Production is typically completed within 15 days, as per contract terms.

5. Inspection

You’re welcome to inspect the goods in person, or we can send you photos and videos for remote inspection.

Once everything is confirmed to meet your requirements, you may proceed with the balance payment.

6. Balance Payment

After receiving the payment, we’ll move forward with delivery.
If you have a freight forwarder in China, they can arrange container loading at our factory.

Before paying the balance, we’ll send you a quote for the FOB (Free On Board) charges. Once confirmed and paid with the product balance, we’ll proceed with booking.

Booking the Shipment
– Secure Space on the Vessel

Most furniture shipments are made by sea. We’ll book space on the vessel well in advance, and then arrange for the empty container to be delivered to our factory for loading.

Efficient Loading
– Maximize Space, Cut Costs

A 40HQ container can hold about 68 cubic meters of furniture. Our experienced team will load the goods carefully and efficiently to use space wisely.

Customs Clearance in China
– We Handle It for You

Export Terms Explained

If you’re importing furniture from China for the first time — especially products like auditorium chairs — some trade terms may be unfamiliar. Understanding them is an important step in learning how to order and export seating from China smoothly and confidently.

Here are quick explanations of terms buyers often ask about.

What is FOB ？

This refers to all costs incurred in China from loading the goods at our factory to delivering them to the port of departure. It includes container loading fees, trucking, customs clearance, port handling charges, and documentation fees—everything related to the export process within China.

What is SO (Shipping Order) ？

It’s a document issued by the shipping line or freight forwarder after your container space has been successfully booked. Once we receive the Shipping Order (SO), we use it to pick up the empty container from the port. Then, we arrange a truck to deliver the container to our factory and begin loading your goods into it.

What is CIF ？

CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) refers to the total cost of goods, insurance, and shipping charges from the port of loading to the destination port.

What is FCL (Full Container Load) ？

FCL (Full Container Load) means your goods fill an entire container. Export charges are calculated per container, covering loading, shipping, and export procedures.

What is LCL (Less than Container Load) ?

LCL (Less than Container Load) means your goods do not fill a full container and are combined with other shipments in one container. Export charges are calculated based on the volume or weight of your cargo, not per full container.

40HQ VS 20ft Container

40HQ: Holds about 68 cubic meters — ideal for large shipments.
20ft: Holds about 28 cubic meters — better for smaller volumes.
→ More space means lower cost per unit.

What is B/L ?

The Bill of Lading (B/L) is like a shipping label—it’s your proof of ownership and needed for pickup. After your goods are loaded on the vessel, please send us the consignee details (preferably a company name). We’ll submit this information to the shipping line, and they will issue the B/L, either as a paper or electronic version—both work the same way. Once we receive the B/L, we’ll send it to you by courier or email. You’ll use it to collect your goods at the destination port.
