A: First, please get in touch with us so you can learn more about our factory. Then, tell us where the chairs will be used, and we will estimate the quantity and create a seating layout for you. Once you confirm and accept the quotation, we will sign a contract. You can then pay a 30% deposit via bank transfer. After production is completed, we will send you photos or videos for inspection. Once everything is approved, you pay the remaining balance, and we will arrange packing and international shipping for your order.
A: The internet is just a starting point for contact; final cooperation is best confirmed offline, which provides security for both parties. We can arrange a video call to show you our showroom and factory, giving you a better understanding of our company and production process. You are also welcome to visit our factory in China, or authorize a friend or agent in China to inspect it on your behalf. In short, we will fully support any approach that helps you feel confident and reassured.
A: Our quotation usually does not include international shipping costs or customs duties in your country. As a furniture manufacturer, international shipping (typically by sea) is handled by logistics companies, and shipping rates may fluctuate, so it is not included in our quotation. We can recommend logistics partners for your reference, and the final shipping cost will be confirmed with you before shipment. Feel free to use your own logistics partner; you’ll cover shipping and customs fees.
A: Our chair frames are made of steel or aluminum alloy, ensuring practicality and durability. We offer a one-year warranty against non-human damage, but in most cases, the products’ lifespan exceeds three years. High-end auditorium seats, classroom desks and chairs, and airport waiting chairs can typically last seven to eight years. Before shipment, our professional quality inspectors check every product to ensure it meets standards.
