1. Introduction
Today was a really busy day at our factory—we had three containers scheduled for loading. The entrance was packed with container trucks, so the drivers had to line up and wait their turn. We could only load one container, let it leave, and then start on the next.
One of today’s shipments was for our airport bench China export order. The whole container was packed to the top with benches, not a single space left. Because each container had to wait in line to be loaded, the process dragged on, and by the time we finished the last one, it was already dark.
It wasn’t easy—our workers and drivers were all exhausted—but this is part of the job. No matter how busy or late it gets, we always do our best to serve our customers well.
