Please note that the logo embroidery is outsourced by us; we supply the fabric to an embroidery factory, they stitch the logo, and then we bring the fabric back for final seat production. Therefore, the logo cost is an extra expense you will need to cover.

Before proceeding with mass production, we will first create a sample seat for you to confirm the color, size, and effect. This ensures the final result meets your expectations. It is important to note that the production time required for this sample is not included in our standard delivery time. For example, if our agreed delivery time is 15 days, that 15 days only begins after you have confirmed and approved the logo sample.

Any of our auditorium chairs or cinema seating that features a fabric or leather upholstery finish can have a logo added according to your preference.

Will the logo customization affect the chair’s comfort?

No, it will not. The comfort of the seat comes from the foam and the feel of the fabric against the skin. The logo is positioned near the head area when a person is sitting, and since the logo is small, it will not impact the overall sitting comfort.

Can I customize a small batch?

Our MOQ for logo customization is 100 seats. If your quantity is slightly lower, we can still produce an order of 50 seats or more, but the average cost per unit will be higher than for 100 seats. We generally do not recommend adding a logo for orders under 50 seats.

Can I add the logo later?

If you choose the embroidery or printing method, the logo cannot be added after the chair production is complete. If you choose the small metal nameplate method, we can produce the small logos and ship them to you separately for you to install later.

Will customization extend the lead time?

Yes, it will. Specifically, the time required to produce a single sample seat for your logo confirmation is about 7 days. If our normal lead time for an order without a logo is 15 days, then an order with a logo would take approximately 22 days (and if you are not satisfied with the first logo sample and require modifications, the lead time will be extended further).
