This is a real project our Yeplley factory completed for a middle school in Anhui. The purchasing team came directly from the school administration. When they reached out, they told us they were looking for a comfortable set of lecture hall tables and chairs for their student report hall.
At first, when they mentioned comfort, we naturally thought of auditorium chairs with molded sponge and fabric. But after showing them this option, they felt that the front writing tablets were too small, not ideal for students who needed to take notes.
We also learned that this hall is used frequently, mainly by students for classes, so writing comfort was a big priority.
We first recommended sponge fabric seats with rear writing tablets, which are cost-effective and convenient for note-taking. But after the budget calculation, the school said it was over their planned cost.
Since molded sponge raised the overall cost, we proposed a more affordable but equally durable option: aluminum-leg lecture hall chairs with wooden seat and back, paired with rear writing tablets. This way, the seats stayed comfortable and functional for students, while keeping the budget under control.
The school administration found this solution very practical and approved it right away.
The school shared their CAD layout with us, and after we prepared the final seat arrangement drawing, they confirmed the order for 182 seats.
The project was delivered smoothly, and the school later sent us photos of the completed installation. They were very satisfied with both the look and the functionality of the school tables and chairs solution.
