Custom Lecture Theatre Seating for a School in Guangxi, China

Introduction

This project is a real case that our factory participated in. The client was a school in Yulin, Guangxi, who found us through an intermediary. Their requirement was clear—they wanted auditorium chairs with a unique design.

Since they specifically asked for something distinctive, we skipped the common models that have been on the market for more than a decade and went straight to recommending one of our own patented designs. The chosen model featured an aluminum alloy frame, plywood shell with spray-painted finish, and a premium rotating front writing tablet. Out of more than ten patent designs we presented, this was the one they decided on.

For the color scheme, the fabric was made in brown while the wooden parts were kept in natural wood color. To ensure everything matched the client’s expectations, we first produced a sample for confirmation. Once approved, we moved on to mass production.

The client was in a rush to get the order and also asked us to send installers to their site. That was no problem for us—as long as the client covers the travel and installation fees, we can provide on-site installation services. To save time, we scheduled our installers in advance during the production phase. Two days after shipment, the goods arrived, were unloaded directly at the site, and our team immediately started the installation.

The entire project went smoothly from start to finish. The school was very satisfied with the outcome, and we were proud to deliver such a successful case of lecture theatre seating. We truly appreciate the client’s trust and support.
