This project was for a middle school in Fujian, China, where two academic lecture halls needed to replace their auditorium chairs—over 800 seats in total. Since the contract value was quite significant, the client was very cautious.
They first found our official website online and reached out to us directly. The client made it clear that they wanted to visit our factory in person to confirm we are a genuine auditorium seating manufacturer before placing the order. That was absolutely no problem—we always welcome both domestic and international clients to visit our factory. We believe that seeing our production strength firsthand helps customers feel more confident in entrusting us with their projects.
During the factory visit, we introduced the different types of chair bases and seat shells in detail, showing the materials and options available. After this, the client was convinced of our capability and decided to place the order on the spot. They also asked us to send our installation team to their site for the setup.
