Process

What is the warranty period?

Our products come with a one-year warranty against non-human damage. With proper care and normal use, they can last over 5 years.

What is the lead time?

For orders under 1000 seats, our standard lead time is 15 days after receiving the deposit. For larger quantities, we can still meet a 15-day production timeline based on your requirements. However, due to limited warehouse space, if full production is requested at once, we kindly ask that shipment arrangements be made immediately upon completion. If the order is not urgent, we recommend producing one container at a time — once the first container is shipped, we proceed with the next.

Can this lecture hall seating be customized with a logo?

As this chair is designed without upholstery and consists only of an aluminum frame and molded panel, there is generally no feasible way to add a logo.

Can I print my logo on the carton packaging?

Absolutely. The process is the same as customizing the logo on the product — just let us know before placing the order. Logo printing on the outer packaging is free of charge.

My venue has wooden flooring. Can this chair be installed?

Yes, this chair can be installed on wooden flooring. Our installation method involves drilling a hole in the floor using a hammer drill, then securing the chair with expansion bolts. However, since it’s wooden flooring, the installation must be carried out by highly skilled workers who can accurately measure and drill the holes in one go.
If the installer is not experienced and drills incorrectly—causing the holes to be misplaced and redrilled—it could leave unsightly marks on the wood floor.
