Our products come with a one-year warranty against non-human damage. With proper care and normal use, they can last over 5 years.
What is the lead time?
For orders under 1000 seats, our standard lead time is 15 days after receiving the deposit. For larger quantities, we can still meet a 15-day production timeline based on your requirements. However, due to limited warehouse space, if full production is requested at once, we kindly ask that shipment arrangements be made immediately upon completion. If the order is not urgent, we recommend producing one container at a time — once the first container is shipped, we proceed with the next.
Can this auditorium seating be customized with a logo?
We offer logo customization on our chairs. Simply let us know your requirements and preferred logo size before placing the order, and send us a high-resolution image — we’ll embroider it on the backrest as requested. Embroidering the logo on the backrest is handled by a specialized factory and involves an additional cost, which is covered by the customer. However, the fee is usually affordable — typically under $2 per logo, depending on the complexity of your design.
Can I print my logo on the carton packaging?
Absolutely. The process is the same as customizing the logo on the product — just let us know before placing the order. Logo printing on the outer packaging is free of charge.
Do you offer custom fire-resistant fabric options?
