2. Client Needs and Challenges

This is a real project our factory participated in. The client’s project was located in Vietnam, but the end customer didn’t contact us directly. Instead, they reached out to a local furniture dealer, who, through a friend’s introduction, found us.

The client mentioned that the venue had steps and asked us to recommend seating suitable for tiered flooring. After checking the details, we learned that the step height was 150mm, which is perfectly normal for our installation requirements. (If the steps exceed 15cm, the front-to-back seat distance becomes too large, making actual use inconvenient.)

Since the client didn’t have prior experience purchasing this type of seating and didn’t provide a specific budget, we first shared our product catalog so they could pick any styles they liked. From our catalog, they immediately chose this single-leg chair, appreciating its clean, elegant design.

3. Our Solution

The client also shared their CAD floor plan with us. Our professional designer laid out the seats and calculated that the venue could actually accommodate over 650 seats—a pretty large space.
