When the client first reached out, he already had a seating plan drawn by his designer for over 400 seats. But after reviewing it carefully, we noticed the dimensions didn’t align with our auditorium seating products.
The client mentioned that he often comes to Foshan, China to buy furniture, but this was his first time searching for an auditorium seating supplier. He checked several options online before visiting factories in Foshan in person. He admitted that his designer had only drawn the plan using standard chair dimensions, which caused the discrepancy.
On top of that, the client had a limited budget but still wanted reliable quality and durable, good-looking chairs.

We then redesigned his seating layout. After adjustment, the actual venue could accommodate 408 seats instead of the original estimate.
From production to sea shipment and installation, the entire process took less than 50 days.
